Terms of use

Last updated October 31, 2026. PreBell is in beta: these terms will be reviewed before any paid plan opens.

What PreBell is

PreBell is a website, operated from Quebec, Canada, that publishes general market information and education: briefings, a calendar, news summaries, rates, guides, a worksheet to build your own bias and an AI assistant. By using PreBell you accept these terms and the disclaimer.

Not advice

Nothing on PreBell is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Your trading decisions are your own. See the disclaimer for details.

Using the site fairly

You may read and use PreBell for your own trading and learning. You may not copy or republish our content in bulk, scrape the site, try to get around the daily limits, overload the service, or try to make the AI assistant break its rules. We may limit or block access that does.

Your notes and your account

What you write on the worksheet is saved in your browser. When accounts open, what you save there stays yours; you can export or delete it at any time from your account. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

Paid plans

No paid plan is open yet and nothing is charged. When Pro opens, prices, taxes, renewal and cancellation will be shown before you pay, and you will be able to cancel from your account at any time.

Content and data from others

PreBell's text and design belong to PreBell. Data comes from the sources named next to it; charts and quotes from TradingView appear under TradingView's terms. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

Availability and liability

PreBell is provided as is, and may be changed, paused or stopped. To the extent the law allows, PreBell is not responsible for losses from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada.
